Shannon is a Kentuckian, planted and nurtured in Henry County soil. Shared community life in such places as the Appalachian Mountains of eastern Kentucky and the front range city of Denver, Colorado has served to deepen her well-established roots. These days, you can find Shannon and her husband, John, tending an historic house on a farm-ish acre of The Green Wilderness in Central Kentucky. In addition to her work with the WBFP of Sterling College, Shannon is a writer, a freelance editor, and mentor. She is a lover of people, beauty, learning, justice, authenticity, meaningful conversation, and integrated wholeness. Shannon and John have three adult children experiencing life and adventure in North Carolina and Colorado.
