This class will meet in person twice per week, probably in the evening to avoid conflicts with Block 2 pods. Smaller group study sessions can also be scheduled. Class material is reinforced by weekly homework problem sets. The objectives of this course are to review basic math skills in computation, problem solving, algebra, and data analysis including graphing and to apply the above math skills to natural resource problems, reinforcing math use throughout Sterling’s curriculum.
Passing the four Unit Tests will meet Sterling’s Math Competency graduation requirement
