There is much happening in the kitchen these days. The new executive chef, Simeon Bittman, has plunged right in. The energy is high in the kitchen. Simeon is always thinking hard about how to make the kitchen and Dunbar Hall a happy, safe, and clean space. Simeon has been working with the talented Kelly Jones in Buildings and Grounds. Together, and with input from the Sterling community, Simeon and Kelly are renovating the dish cleaning area, and the layout of Dunbar dining hall is being overhauled as well.
