Welcome to Sterling College’s Test Kitchen Recipe Section! This is where chef Simeon and students in the role of Food Analysts test out small batches of recipes to be used on a larger scale for our ever changing menus.
Part of Sterling kitchens food vision is to develop innovative and delicious food. That said, we strive to create tried and true recipes. The only way to do this is through continued inspiration from the world’s great cuisines, constant research and recipe tweaking; hence the creation of Sterling’s Test Kitchen.
Each week, Simeon and the Food Analysts test a recipe and have Sterling Photographer and Food Stylist, Beana Bern, shoot beautiful photos of the tested recipe. We then share the recipe with you to make at home.
