Sterling College faculty members Adrian Owen and Pavel Cenkl both competed in the fifth annual Mud ’N Ice Quadrathalon at Craftsbury Outdoor Center on Saturday. Adrian completed all four events solo—10k ski, 7k run, 4k paddle, 17k bike—for a 6th place finish among solo male competitors. Pavel participated in the running leg for the Craftsbury Masters team, which came in only 18 seconds behind Adrian for a second place finish among mixed-gender teams.
