Over the years, Sterling has awarded high school diplomas, Grassroots certificates, Associate of Arts degrees, and Bachelor of Arts degrees. In addition, Sterling has also hosted various short-course programs. Therefore, who are the alumni of Sterling? The answer to that question is anyone who has completed a short-course program or has successfully completed a semester at Sterling and is in good standing with the College is considered to be an alumna/alumnus of Sterling.
