Environmental Career Fair

Representatives are available to meet with students to discuss potential internship, research project, graduate school, and summer/full-time employment opportunities. Mock Interviews

Students and alumni have the opportunity to participate in mock interviews with a staff member of the CRC.  This can happen in-person or over the phone.

Resume and Cover Letter Critiques

The CRC staff can assist with resume and cover letter editing.  You can schedule a time to meet with a staff member or send your resume/cover letter via e-mail.

Recruiter Visits

Sterling College students have a wonderful reputation, and organizations seek them out. Recruiters will visit the campus throughout the year to meet with students.

Senior Exit Interviews

Interviews occur during the spring semester each year, and each individual interview last 30-45 minutes long. This is an opportunity for seniors to discuss with the CRC staff their transitional needs.

Senior Send-Off Series

Each senior participates in an exit interview with the CRC staff reflecting on their career development while creating plans for their progression. Special programs and workshops are then offered to meet the career-related and transitional needs of the seniors.
